Perhaps one of the most technical areas to inject in the face is the under eye area. This, however, is one of the earliest times of aging and for some patients present ever since they were teenagers.
We use a variety of products for under eyes, including many of the Restylane products and Juvederm products. We choose our products based on our patient’s individual anatomy to bring the best result possible. Many of our patients are able to avoid bruising with our approaches, although this is never a guarantee.
For patients who don’t have an initial bruise, then you can go and be to a social environment almost immediately after.

There may be some minor discomfort, but typically patients do not feel much pain. We do provide topical numbing cream and vibrating distraction devices to minimize any discomfort.
