Most of our patients, we suggest not having their head below their, their heart. So this would mean try not to do an inversion table or get a massage right after Botox. Some patients, we also recommend not exercising as well during that period.
We have a variety of injectors, all of who have been trained personally by Dr. Anil Shah and Dr. Sameea Chughtai. All of our injectors have injected many of our staff and have been specially trained with Dr. Anil Shah and Dr. Sameea Chughtai in their techniques to provide a level of service higher than most other institutions.
Most other places, patients the providers may have just taken a weekend course versus our providers have been trained directly by Dr. Anil Shah and Dr. Sameea Chughtai. They have literally invented some of the ways that Botox is being used on the face.

We are also close to Highland and New Trier. There is a train in the heart of Winnetka that many of our North Shore, IL patients find convenient. So for patients who are traveling from outside the area, or wish to use the train, have this is an option, as well.
