Many of our patients in the North Shore Illinois area seek soft supple lips that look natural. We believe that Restylane Kysse is one of the nicest products for this. And it’s not just the product, but also the the way it is injected.
We also use a variety of other fillers for the lips, depending on the patient’s goals, including Juvederm, Voluma, RHA 4, and Revanesse.
Our office is conveniently located in the North Shore, Wilmette, Winnetka, Evanston, and other neighborhoods. Many of our patients are able to get injections and look reasonable the same day. We use both a cannula and no cannula and, and micro needle approach for our patient seeking lips.
What Are Some of the Differences We See In Our Lip Filler Patients?
Many of our patients who get lip fuller like this attention to detail. This is a pretty much a critical point when it comes to lips. It’s not a one size fit all. Some cases need more, More of a border, more of a philtrum to balance out their existing asymmetries. And all of this is what we take into account. And even more to make sure your lips are symmetrical and balance with the rest of your face.
Everyone has a different limitation and sensitivity to their lips. Most of our patients will notice with their first injection. They may feel some slight discomfort. With subsequent injections, patients will go less and less discomfort.
Many of our patients will repeat injections in six months to a year and continue to add to their lips.
For most patients, We don’t recommend multiple syringes in the lip, as the filler can migrate to other locations. We prefer the filler to stabilize before adding more filler. We’ve seen many patients to object outside locations where the filler has migrated to other spots.
There are some products that patients can have injection, no lips, that are longer lasting like Voluma, RHA 4, or Contour. However, permanent products in general are a bad idea for lip injections. Silicone and other products such as those can lead to long term issues.
You can wear lipstick immediately after getting lip fillers.
Just be cautious of putting too much pressure as the filler could still be pliable and will need a little time to settle.

Our providers approaches are the same techniques that Dr. Shah and Dr. Sameea have developed giving our patients the results that have come to love.
