Dr. Shah uses a no-mallet approach to the face. The no-mallet approach to the nose allows for patients to have less bruising and swelling. This type of approach for the nose, which uses Ultrasonic technology, is not as commonly used, and he’s one of the few doctors in the country utilizing this approach. The main benefit of this approach, aside fromless recovery time, is a much more precise result.
Dr. Shah also was able to subscribe to the, the 4Ds for many of his female patients. The 4Ds are going to include deprojecting the nose, decreasing the length of the nose, decreasing the size of the tip, and typically decreasing the bone. Almost all of his patients seek his 4D approach for his female noses with some modifications based on other patients.
